Our Waters:
Iceman with a heavy 45" summer ski
These thirteen different lakes are the waters that I know very well:
Webster Lake: Heavy annual stocking with great potential for a 50"er and numbers.
Tippecanoe Lake: Light annual stocking with good potential for a mid and upper 40" even a 50" class fish. I believe the next state record will come out of here.
James Lake: Light annual stocking with good potential for mid and upper 40" even a 50" class fish. Current muskellunge state record lake.
Barbee Chain of Lakes (7 total): Heavy annual stocking with good potential for a 40" class fish and numbers.
Loon Lake: Heavy annual stocking with good potential for 40" class fish and even a big tiger muskie as well as numbers.
Skinner Lake: Heavy annual stocking with good potential for a 40" class fish and numbers.
Upper Long Lake: Light annual stocking with good potential for a 40" class fish.
All of these lakes are unique in their own way and need to be fished with that in mind. What has produced on one lake may be totally different on another and where the fish can be found will vary from lake to lake too. I can help you cut you learning curv time on these lakes by half or more. Lots of water it explore which give's you a good excuse to come back for more Hoosier muskie action.
Please practice catch & release. Our future depends on it!
